And it costs nothing to get a quote for your home. Often, using Google Earth, we can give you an accurate quote over the phone.
Why we’re the smart option
We are a local company which been in operation for 10 years with solar installations here in Perth, and another 10 years prior to that in the UK. We do not use sub-contractors and are always available to help and answer any queries.
At Solar You, we do not make profit on solar materials or equipment, so we are not biased toward selling higher priced equipment or materials, result customer savings.
Don’t pay more for nothing
Even the cheapest solar panel solutions offered by Solar You, are reliable, capable and are backed by manufacturer warranties.
All solar equipment installed in Australia must be approved by the Clean Energy Council (CEC) and therefore all solar equipment installed in Australia is high quality and safe.
In all retail sectors a salesperson will always try and sell the most expensive commodity because quite simply the higher the price the higher the commission, cost does not reflect quality.

What am I actually buying?
When you buy a solar system, you’re getting a full setup that includes:

All solar equipment currently sold in Australia are manufactured to very high standards, if they don’t meet these standards they cannot be listed on the CEC solar equipment approved list and cannot be connected to the grid not can the government rebate be claimed.

How can I make solar panels work for me?
It starts with the right setup. We’ll look at your power usage, roof size, and daily routine to design a system that suits your lifestyle. You can boost your savings by using more power during the day (when your panels are working), or by adding a battery to store energy for night-time use. Even small changes – like running appliances during the day – can make a big difference. We’ll guide you through it all so you get the most out of your solar.
I use most of my electricity in the evening, why should I install solar?
Even if your main usage is in the evening, solar still works in your favour. During the day, your panels will generate electricity and feed any unused energy back into the grid, earning you credits (thanks to feed-in tariffs). Those credits help offset your evening usage.
Plus, if you decide to add a battery, you can store that daytime power to use when the sun goes down. It’s a smart way to take control of your energy costs, no matter when you use it.
